1-Year Price Protection Guarantee
We guarantee the best price on official edelkrone channels for new products. If you find a better offer within one year, we will compensate you.
How Compensation Works (Time-Based Multiplier) Compensation is paid in Store Credit and depends on how soon the price drop occurs after your purchase:
- At Purchase: Protection starts at 2× the difference.
- 0–6 Months: Multiplier decreases linearly from 2× to 1×.
- 6–12 Months: Multiplier decreases linearly from 1× to 0.
- Example: If a product drops $100 exactly 3 months after you buy it (1.5× multiplier), you receive $150 Store Credit.
Exclusions A "better opportunity" does not include:
- Higher Tier Rewards: Prices earned via loyalty status (privilege).
- Pre-order Campaigns: Lower prices in exchange for extended wait times (trade-off).
- Krone/Point Deals: Offers requiring accumulated points.
- Non-New/Unofficial: Refurbished, open-box, or third-party seller listings.
How to Claim (Not Automatic)
- You must identify and report the active opportunity yourself.
- The deal must be active and available on an official channel at the time of reporting.
- Once verified, we credit your account.
